There's a whole lot of life out there waiting for you. So here's the deal- I am a Hypnotherapist and a Relationship Coach and I have helped countless people improve their lives, break bad habits, find resolution and move forward with what was holding them back.

What can we work on? Anxiety, sleep, fears & phobias, weight management, focus and concentration, sales and success, public speaking, sexual dysfunction, tinnitus, anorgasmia, healing from trauma and more. If it’s rooted in your subconscious, we can work on it.

Here's how it will go:

Once you book a hypnosis session, you will receive a questionnaire. It Is vital that you fill this out before the session. This allows me to understand what you are looking for and will help me help you.

During our first session we will have a more in depth chat. Then we will do a hypnosis session via ZOOM.

Did you know that ALL hypnosis is SELF-hypnosis? Yep. I will not ever be in control of you. This is an internal process that you are in charge of! Think of me as your coach, guiding you as you navigate through your deeper thoughts and feelings.

You might be looking for something more along the lines of regular coaching and I also have options for that. You might want dig deeper or to broaden the scope of our work. If that's the case, you can book a coaching package and we can do more work over the course of weeks or months, depending on what you are looking for.

Remember, hypnosis is a tool in your tool kit. It's an incredibly powerful tool but it's just one of the many resources out there. In my coaching programs we will use all the tools in the toolkit to help you and I will be there to follow up to continue moving you toward your goals.
